INNOQUEST invites craft businesses in Estonia to explore CRAFT-TOUR support

Craftsperson's hands at work, from the CRAFT-TOUR project

INNOQUEST OÜ is inviting professional craftspeople and small artisanal businesses in Estonia to explore the CRAFT-TOUR open call, which offers selected projects a €5,000 grant and nine months of free technical mentoring.

The call supports practical projects that develop or improve traditional craft products, strengthen digital marketing and visibility, or create new connections between craftsmanship and tourism. Possible ideas include visitor workshops, product storytelling and cooperation with local tourism organisations, subject to the activities and costs permitted by the Call Guide.

Applications are open to eligible professional craftspeople and artisanal SMEs with up to five employees registered in an EU Member State. Applicants must meet the published craft-sector, NACE-code, local-heritage and other requirements. Estonia's outreach priorities include heritage knitwear, wooden objects, ceramics, basketry and jewellery. These examples do not replace the broader eligibility list in the official guidelines.

The €5,000 grant is a lump sum linked to agreed activities and results. It is paid in two stages: 70% after the initial project check and 30% after approval of the final report. No mandatory co-financing is required for the agreed grant amount; applicants cover any costs above it. Mentoring is provided in addition to the grant.

INNOQUEST provides applicant guidance in Estonia and is preparing an English-language service for securely receiving documents for support and review. Local receipt by INNOQUEST does not replace the official CRAFT-TOUR submission or guarantee funding. Applicants must submit the required English PDF annexes through the central application page and retain its acknowledgement.

CRAFT-TOUR is coordinated by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kozani and brings together partners from Greece, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, Finland and Estonia. The project connects craft heritage with tourism, innovation and cooperation across Europe.
